This Return & Refund Policy explains how return, replacement, cancellation, and refund requests are handled for orders placed on mekau.shop by TYPOADE LLC.

How to start a return

1. Email xuxuan151633@gmail.com or call +1 (970) 454-0429 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item name, and the reason for return.
2. We reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and packing instructions. Do not ship a parcel without an RMA.
3. Pack the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Write the RMA on the outside of the carton.
4. Ship the parcel to the return address below using a trackable service. Keep the receipt until the refund is complete.
5. After we inspect the return (usually 3–5 business days after it arrives), we email the outcome and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Bank posting can take an additional 5–10 business days.

Return window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a standard return. Quality issues (damaged, defective, missing, or materially different from the listing) must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Parcels sent to any other address, or sent without an RMA, may be refused or delayed.

Return shipping

If the return is for a quality issue that is our error, we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label when available. For size, color, or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Eligible / non-refundable

Items must be unused, unwashed, odor-free, and in resaleable condition with tags. Personalized pieces, used handbags, and items returned after the window are not eligible. Refunds may be refused for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, misuse, or unauthorized returns.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered packing or carrier pickup, we may be unable to cancel it; use the return process after delivery instead.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
