This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on mekau.shop by TYPOADE LLC.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.), Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other destinations offered at checkout. We do not ship to destinations restricted by U.S. law, embargoes, or sanctions. Restricted countries are removed from the checkout country list and cannot be selected.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is accepted and another email when it ships.

Transit time

• United States (contiguous 48): 3–7 business days after dispatch via USPS or equivalent.
• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom / EU / Australia and other international: 8–18 business days after dispatch, plus any customs hold.

These are estimates. Weather, carrier volume, remote addresses, and customs can add time. Tracking is emailed when the carrier scan is available; the first scan may take 1–2 business days.

Shipping rates

• United States: $6.99 standard shipping. Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more before tax.
• Canada: $12.99 per order.
• United Kingdom / EU / Australia and other international: $16.99 per order, or the rate shown at checkout if the carton is oversized.

The exact fee is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you pay. We do not add handling fees beyond the rate shown.

Customs, duties, and taxes

U.S. orders include applicable sales tax at checkout where required. International orders may be charged duties, VAT, or brokerage by the destination country. Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Addresses and restrictions

Provide a complete, deliverable address. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by an incorrect address. We do not deliver to sanctioned or embargoed destinations. P.O. boxes are accepted for U.S. USPS shipments only.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days (U.S.) or 14 business days (international), email xuxuan151633@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a carrier inquiry and, where the parcel is confirmed lost, reship or refund according to the Return & Refund Policy.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
